We had to change our reservation at the last minute for the next night (due to illness) and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Walking down ramps etc no fresh flowers as advertised

Lack of a lift would make it difficult for some older travellers although the staff were happy to help with luggage. Very good sitting room with loads of guides etc to consult. Great room garden with limited bar service too. Overall, the room was really good. If I had to criticise, the ceiling fan was noisy and the room was very dark with no outlook. It was Room 26 and was very niosy at 07.30 h every morning, I think due to cleaners on the roof garden above.
