We had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. We arrived from the states at 7:00 in the morning and they gave us one of the rooms about 8:00 so we could store our luggage and freshen up after a very long trip. They were gracious and helpful with every request. A wonderful place to stay.

Very bad representation of the facilities offered.

I arrived at 9am to leave my bags and said I would return at 11am. When I returned the room was still unavailable and was not ready until 1.30- 2pm. I was left on the roof garden in the heat with no offer of drinks etc for that period of time in the heat. For the price of the room I must say I expected more facilities and amenities than were available. I surprised there was no refrigerator, only tap water, and no air conditioning.
